"Session and Startup" broken

I use XFCE and Trisquel 7.0. All of the sudden the softwares in "Applications Menu -> Settings -> Session and Startup" stoped being launched when I login.

Cannot reproduce the issue in Trisquel 11.0.1 with xfce4.
