I may be releasing something in the next few months and it will be using the copyleft Mozilla Public License (MPL) version 2.0 license. No way would I want to go permissive with all the work I put into it so far.

Why MPL specifically?

Why Mozilla's licence instead of GPL? (orAGPL,LGPL)
