No Trisquel Server or Base?

There's Ubuntu Server and Base, but I see no Trisquel equivalents. Any advice on how to build one, or find one at least?

I am going to try and create a Debootstrap folder then see where things go. Also I see trisquel-base already as a package, but already installed. I don't know what that means.
