Adding new panel in Trisquel 5.5

Hi,

I would like to be able to add a new panel in 5.5 but right-clicking on the existing panel does not bring up the usual panel dialogue as it did in 5.0.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

In GNOME 3 it is Alt+RightClick.
