Augment Trisquel partition size over windows'

gee, I didn't realise we were this far ahead. Personally if I need extra space between OS' I bring out my partition manager(s) and resize the partition in the OS it works on.

Did you know about this method?

And how can I do that ? Using cfdisk ?

I'm a GNU/Linux noob sorry if that seems so obvious to you.

adw: first of all boot into the malwareOS and do a complete and thorough disk defragmentation. Then follow the simple instructions on this bubbunnuntu help website -> http://howtoubuntu.org/how-to-resize-partitions-with-the-ubuntu-or-gparted-live-cd

You can resize partitions with GParted, but you'll need to do it from a live CD or live USB drive since the partitions being resized have to be unmounted. The one thing to look out for is moving partitions might cause GRUB to get confused.

I'm running Trisquel 7.0 in dual boot with windows 7 for some school stuff.
I'd like to augment the trisquel partition size over the windows one. What I
mean is that I have a lot of free space on my Windows partition and I'd like
to allocate it to trisquel. Is it possible without reinstalling ?
