I bought an adapter from Technoethical and it hasn't still arrived. I send them emails and they haven't even replied. It's unfortunate, it has passed so much time that I won't probably live in this city when it arrives (if it does).
This statement from their site could explain the situation:
"We have experienced a server downtime in March, and we have worked to improve the reliability of our self-hosted system. At the same time, we have worked on shipping the last orders from the winter holidays backlog. We thank you for your understanding!"
When did you write the last mail? Just try again and tell them the new address. Good luck
I had written several emails. Finally they responded today after I send them an email today. They say they just send it and hopefully it will arrive soon, that depends on the shipping services.
