BUG: Work Space Switcher Can't Rename Work Spaces

In the workspace switcher properties you are suppose to be able to rename the workspaces and you can't, also everything that comes after the 3rd workspace that you add gets named 'Workspace' and you can't remove that name and just leave it as a number;

Also in the title of the window the word Preference is cut off... :(
