Can't download .asc file for trisquel mini

I have just downloaded trisquel-mini_9.0.1_i686.iso and its md5 and sha256 files.
But I can't download the .asc file nor can I open it in a browser.
Is there a know issue with it?

I am also currently getting never-ending downloads of 1GB+ when trying to get any of the asc files.
EDIT: problem notified.
EDIT: after retrying with Trisquel 9.0.1 and forgetting about that download, it appears that the asc file can in fact be downloaded. It is a 3.4 GB encrypted version of the iso. Not sure why there is an encrypted version of the iso, though.
