Como atualizar o repositório?

No forum em Inglês coloquei o seguinte "

I did sudo apt update. I got:

Depois fui ao site https://packages.trisquel.org/

Mas como é que faço para mudar o repositório sem que me dê outro erro do site https://mirror.librelabucm.org/trisquel/ ? Lá tem o seguinte:
