when ive told countless librarians that amazon is a threat to libraries (because dmca-anti-circumvention clause trumps first-sale doctrine when the books have drm) and that publishers/distributors shouldnt have any control of your book after the purchase, i didnt mean that amazon was going to literally replace libraries with amazon stores.
still boycotting them since the day i read about their e-reader. rms calls it the "swindle"-- he spelled "antichrist" wrong.
