Hello all,

Hopefully an easy one to resolve today! I changed the theme of the MaTE desktop to MaTE-Dark, and noted that the Trisquel Icon for the programs menu has been replaced by the MaTE symbol. I cannot find a means of changing this back.

Pointers welcomed!

You can choose to use the default Trisquel icons with any theme (as long as the outcome fits your eyes, or course). Once you have chosen your favorite theme, just click on "Customize", select the third tab "Icons" and choose the icon set you want to use. In your case, the default "Trisquel" icon set should do it.

EDIT: it is indeed not a bad idea to save your custom settings as a new theme.

Before changing themes, it is highly recommended that you save a backup of the current one. Use the Save As button on the Appearance > Theme dialog.

Except if you have been using preset themes all along, that is. In which case they have already been saved.
