Display manager freeze and 100% disk usage bugs

Since late July I've found that LightDM and SDDM are both frozen but unable to escape to tty.
The another issue is there is a bug mis-displaying 100% hard drive usage in "df -Th" command, but under "sudo du -shmx /*" the sum of every dirs are always less than 16384 (16GiB = 16384MiB, my Trisquel root filesystem is in this size), this also still causes my LightDM to be frozen as above.
Your disk is full. See https://linuxshellaccount.blogspot.com/2008/12/why-du-and-df-display-different-values.html
"If du and df don't agree on what size your filesystem is, du is more correct than df is."
By running my system by hours my system is bloating up that df says, but that's auto shrunk down to 45~55% after a reboot.
However, the filesystem usages under du aren't dramatically changed, since du is more trusted then my system is not actually full.
"du" is more objects-oriented but "df" is more mount points oriented, so there should be any bugs on the "df" side.
How about the LightDM issue?
