I was reading somewhere that yes, but I remember in the libreboot website i read that webcams may use non free firmware. Do these Thinkpads come with integrated camera but may be minifree removes it? Or not? Or may be I am saying crap? Or what I´m saying is absurd?

Only on a select amount of models the webcam's were included on the X200 and T400. If they are included in the minifree machines then you can easily remove them yourself. Just check out a Hardware maintenance guide for whatever model you are using.

My intention was to have integrated cameras, but if according to you is a bad idea...

Depends on your paranoia level. Some people seem to be of the opinion that it is capable of being turned on remotely and used to watch you. As a result some will cover them with tape while others remove them entirely. I think the whole thing is a bunch of nonsense. The only instances I've seen involve using proprietary software. One example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robbins_v._Lower_Merion_School_District

Don't use proprietary software and don't use computers that belong to someone else. Practice good computing hygiene and you'll be fine.

You can probably purchase and install one yourself if you so desire one :)
