There is a very powerful development from the dragora os developer. This is his package manager. Cool development, but I can't successfully use Dragora due to multiple failures with installing this OS. I am very sad that the development of theirs is going very slowly. Good luck to them. Can I import some of Dragora's functionality into my TrisquelGNU?

Doesn't make much sense to fuse two distros unless you are prepared to work your butt off...
Hyperbola as far as I know is the only one who has tried anything close...
But yeah, I don't think you can do that...
