What problems are you having? Please give us more information regarding
your hardware:
Are you using a desktop computer or a laptop and which model?
Onboard graphics and a dedicated graphics card?
Two graphics cards?
One card with dual outputs?
Which graphics card(s) are you using?
As far as my laptop goes, I've always just plugged in a second monitor
and it worked automatically.
