Energy-saving mode by pressing F1-F6

I ran into a problem - Energy-saving mode by pressing F1-F6. As for 4.0.1 and 4.5 beta.

My video card - Radeon HD 4350. Has anyone encountered such a problem? Please help me decide.

I have the same problems with Suspend and Hibernate on my computer, and my card is a Mobility Radeon HD 3400. Maybe this affects people with ATI Radeon cards, at least in a certain series?
