error during installation

this error keeping occurring when ever I try to install trisquel from a usb.

Is /dev/sda the good disk (and not the USB drive for instance)? Are you indeed using this disk (from the Live system by mounting it or from a remote access)? Have you tried ignoring the error and reboot once the install finishes?
