I just completed an installation of exim on Trisquel. I am creating this thread to see if there is any interest/experience here in setting up mail servers before I move into testing / having the system go live. Thank you

I'm interested. Never tried. Told that it's hard and risky by people I know (and folks online like Matt Blaze and pals). Curious to hear about people's experiences with DIY email on 100% libre distros; what hardware you used, what distro, what mail applications etc.
