Just check out the usual link:

It looks like my work today about forking the reported bugs & issues from my previous thread to a separate wiki-page was useless. Waiting for the update-manager "System upgrade available" message, which could occur in the following few weeks.
Not all images are built so far, only the netinstall (both 32 & 64-bit) and Trisquel/Mini (64-bit only).
With this, I wish to thank you all who helped me, especially Magic Banana who forwarded my issues to Ruben. At least the latest Abrowser version is now incorporated in the new release. Don't forget to install the latest Lightspark package as described here which is finally working in Toutatis and so far it worked me on all the "few" webpages I tested.
I don't yet see the 32-bit or the I18N; are we not going to have those this round? Can I run the AMD64 on my 32-bit netbook?
There is a new FSF version available now. Just wait until the 32-bit releases are available too.
What's the difference between FSF versions and the others?
FSF version is the version that the FSF loads onto membership cards and gives away during events.
You really know if your CPU is 32-bit? If you don't know you can try install.
Maybe I'll just try it from a flash drive, thanks.
There is a 32-bit release available now:

Beware that some third-party apps are 32-bit only. If you find one, you require a package called ia32-libs to be installed in order to get it work. Also note, that 64-bit system is all about the performance benefit it has, which is about +30-40% compared to a 32-bit system. Actually, I'm running a 64-bit version too.
I've never had any problem with using 32-bit programs on 64-bit GNU/Linux.
Honestly, I think 32-bit versions of operating systems are becoming irrelevant. Still, my mom has a really old custom computer with a Pentium 4 (and a garbage ATI integrated graphics controller, and a CD-only optical drive), so the 32-bit version was important for me because of that. :)
I think the last 32-bit CPU was sold in 2006. If you figure most people will replace there system within six years that means 32-bit systems should be disappearing. That seems to be happening from what I'm seeing in the market. Even the older systems now support the 64-bit GNU/Linux discs. There are fewer and fewer 32-bit users out there. It won't be much longer until there are near zero 32-bit systems left.
I bought a 32bit Atom netbook back in 2010. You mean standalone CPUs?
Forgot about the atom netbooks. They were shipping those a while longer. The other x86 32-bit CPUs were done with in 2006 if I'm not mistaken.

I'm using a 2007 laptop with a Dual-Core, what was quite usual by this
time. And, if I'm not making a mistake, it's a 32-bit CPU. So, I still
need a 32-bit version. And I don't want to change this PC.
Also, I'm using LXDE on it. And I don't think LXDE is going to need 8
GB of RAM anytime soon… So, I think I'll still need a 32-bit version by
the time Trisquel 8 comes out.
I don't know what kind of processor you have, but my laptop (also from 2007) came with Windows Vista 32-bit pre-installed even though it has a 64-bit processor (Intel Celeron). I never knew I had a 64-bit processor until something, I want to say a Linux Mint CD, told me that my system was capable of running the 64-bit version. Maybe yours is similar.
Some versions of GNU/Linux will be fine long after this, or if you configure/swap desktop managers. The big ones (KDE, Unity, GNOME 3 & derivatives) are all going to eat up more ram than a 32-bit install will be able to handle shortly. Recent versions of Microsoft Windows already need more ram than a 32-bit system can handle. At least with most setups.

Downloading now. Tried the torrent first, but there were no seeds. Have you guys considered using a web seed?
Also - what's the deal with the FSF versions?

The torrents have web seeds setup but the links aren't available yet. A few people are already seeding, you can find them by adding another tracker. I'm using these:
udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80
udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80
I'm getting nothing on the torrents either. I only torrent Trisquel & Parabola these days and make torrents available 24/7. I'll remove the Toutatis torrents until the official release I suppose.
Now with Linux-libre 3.5 by default.
System Monitor:
Kernel Linux 3.5.0-25-generic GNOME 3.4.2
Yay!
Has anybody tried to boot from USB this last (maybe final) build of Trisquel 6.0? I've tried with dd netinstall.iso and i686.iso, but without luck, the computer skips the USB stick like it wouldn't be bootable. Thanks!
I had to do that to get it on my laptop since the optical drive on it is broken, though it was from the image put up a couple days before the final one.
Maybe you just need to go to your BIOS's boot menu?
Hi! I have. I loaded FSF amd64 version on my FSF membership card with dd and it worked. I used exactly the same command as witten in the Trisquel Wiki. Nevertheless I had to make a special step in my BIOS. My BIOS is from American Megatrends. Apart from the boot order options it has got some specific hard drive boot options. When I enter this screen I can see all disks/drives connected listed. I had to make sure that USB membership card is checked first. I would check the BIOS setup program carefully and thoroughly.
