How can I have full gnome3 experience? I mean i can see it as it is supposed to be.

I think gnome 3 is less flexible than gnome 2.
Is it?

Do you mean "beyond selecting GNOME at Trisquel's login screen"?

Notice that GNOME 3 is an entire desktop environment. As a consequence, to have a "full GNOME 3 experience" (as you write), you should substitute Trisquel's choices for some applications, which often rely on GNOME's libraries but are not official GNOME applications: Empathy instead of Pidgin, Epiphany instead of ABrowser,, Eye of GNOME instead of gThumb, etc.

Although I really enjoy GNOME 3, I would indeed agree that it is, at the moment, less customizable than GNOME 2. However I believe this will soon change.

I'm getting fallback appearance with my system. How can I see 'real face' of
gnome3?

Just select "GNOME" in the drop-down menu at the login screen (where you enter your password after the computer is started).

Notice that GNOME Shell requires 3D acceleration. Not all free drivers implemented it (Intel's driver works perfectly, it works for some nVidia cards, I believe the radeon driver cannot provide 3D acceleration without some additional proprietary firmware that you do not want). In other terms, depending on your video card, you may simply be unable to use GNOME Shell.
