I guess most of you won't learn anything new with this speech, but it's really worth watching rms giving a speech with slides:

Personally, I think the slides improve his talk a lot. Also he seems to talk more lively, maybe it's a bit of fresh air for him as well.
Maybe he should work on the last part a bit; I don't think many people got the idea of service as a software substitute, and clearly not everybody knows about javascript in the first place.
Though I think that he does a great job i don't like that people leave without any idea of how to switch to free software, like "I'm convinced but what do I do now?". They just heard about "gnu/linux" distributions and that there are some free and some non-free.
It would be a good idea to talk about some obstacles they might face - things which can easily be done with free software and more sensitive spots, or how they should start to make the change.
Youtube has non-free Javascript, maybe this video should be re uploaded to audio-video.gnu.org (in WEBM format)
ill host it on my webserver in the webm format:
http://92.19.232.58:82/files/Richard_Stallman_-_TEDxGE_14_on_Free_Software.webm
and just incase your wondering the webserver runs on free software and the website is made only in html and css
and all content on the website is avalible in ogg or webm format
You don't need to run javascript at all in order to watch youtube videos.
Onpon4 made a tutorial how to do it:

wow this video player is even better than the normal one thanks!!
i checked the js code and it looks fine aswell
The Free Software Foundation made this video available on their website several months ago. :)
