Help needed: can't set up a VPN connection, the 'Add' button is disabled

I want to set up a VPN connection, but the 'Add' button is disabled. Openvpn is already installed in my computer. What do I need to do?

Is the package network-manager-openvpn-gnome installed?

Thanks for replying. Now I know what I need to install in order to set up a VPN connection.
