How can I create casper-rw in YUMI?

I did what is said here in http://www.pendrivelinux.com/how-to-create-a-larger-casper-rw-loop-file/ but didn´t work. I have all the versions of Trisquel, and i would like to save the changes. How can I make it work? It wasn´t so simple like copy-paste, or it´s impossible?
