How I can Get Trisquel 7 ?
De jure, they're not released yet.
De facto, everyone seems to be saying that it works fine. http://devel.trisquel.info/makeiso/iso/
Personally, I( think the most proper way to do an installation would be to https://wiki.debian.org/Debootstrap , that's just me, though:)

When will be trisquel 7 released?
Trisquel does not have release dates like Ubuntu. Rather, Trisquel 7 will be released "when it's ready" and done baking.
Essentially, any way the wind blows...
I have installed Trisquel 7 by changing toutatis to belenos in the
/etc/apt/sources.list
it works, though you might meet some problems while upgrading
(dependencies etc). If you really want to see T7 and feel comfortable
with your GNU/Linux skills - try it. Otherwise wait till T7 is public.
