Precede the command with 'LC_ALL=C ' if you want help from people not reading Japanese.

Hi,
It looks like you can not connected to the respective Trisquel software
package servers.

Can you connect to the Internet in general?

What does the file sources.list at the path /etc/apt looks like on your
system? Does it looks like the one attached to this e-mail?

Hi, thank you for your response.

That's right.

Yes, that's right.

A bit barely, these days. Mullvad VPN does not seem to affect this trouble. Tor browser very often does not download things, but it almost always activates smoothly. Midori and Abrowser always don't work (You are not connected to the internet & Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site). Icedove usually works. But I just activated this Trisquel system a few minutes ago and immediately tried to update in a terminal. This was the first time it worked in a couple of days. It started to connect to those servers and told me that there were some upgradable packages. Then I run sudo apt upgrade but I got the same error messages again.

Yes, it does look like very similar.

(Language is not an obstacle for me.) Obviously DNS resolving is malfunctioning. Perhaps you should contact your ISP?

I'm posting this post using Tor browser, but at the same time I'm getting the error when updating within the terminal.
Is it something to do with DNS resolving?
Am I being harassed because I am behind on my payments to my ISP?

I think I read somewhere that if you are having trouble, adding 1.1.1.1 to your DNS server might solve the problem.
Would adding 1.1.1.1 here solve the problem? or is it dangerous?
