Great to hear you're hiring. If you're eligible you might want to get listed at

Finding a good candidate for this job is like finding a needle in a hey stack. While its theoretically possible there aren't that many situated where the pay, hours, interest, and location are going to come together. Particularly people who are outside of the area.

That said I'm going to go ahead and post on the FSF jobs board anyway just in case there actually is a good candidate whose in the position to make the move.

I would love to have the opportunity to work for Thinkpenguin. Sadly, I do not currently have a driver's license. I am waiting for my road test date to come up. I already own a car. Also, I am attending college as a Computer Science major. Would you still consider my resumé if I were to send it in?

Send the resume in and we'll take a look. It would be great if we could find another free software advocate who would be in a good position to take the job.

Had you try to post the job opening in other Web job sites and local job agencies? This will help a lot.

In my opinion, the best way is too hired a job head hunter agency.
This could help a lot and saves you a lot of paper trail by letting them know specifically your skill sets requirements. Basically, the recruiter does all the screening and requirements and if they find a qualified candidate, they will send him/her to your corporate offices ready.

I went home this month, and had a chance to drive up to my sister house in New Jersey, not far away from us in Philadelphia, just across the bridge.

Good luck and Thank You....
