For GNOME 2, there is a theme pack called Win2-7, but I can't find a Windows 7-style theme for GNOME 3.

GNU/Linux desktop environments allow you to make some many modifications - and, therefore, to be so creative, or to enjoy so much other people's great creativity... Why would you want to stick to such a theme?

(I know there are people who always try to make themes similar to the ones used by the most well-known non-free desktop environments. So, maybe you can find it there, also... But,)

You can look for a lot of creative and free themes for GNOME 3, here - http://gnome-look.org/index.php?xcontentmode=167 - for example.

(Maybe you'll find one there that you even like better than Windows 7's.)

It would probably be easier to make KDE Plasma look like Windows 7 than to make GNOME 3 look like Windows 7 (though I don't know if there's a theme for it). Is there any particular reason you want to use GNOME 3?

KDE is too slow on my computer, and I'm used to GNOME. It's too bad that MATE isn't in Trisquel's repos.

that is not entirely true, you can add Mate to the repos following the Ubuntu Precise instructions:

http://wiki.mate-desktop.org/download

Perhaps this helps you.

Maybe use things from this Chinese distribution called Deepin.
