How can I setup my pc to stream media files anywhere?
Also I'd like to ssh into my computer and be able to access youtube-dl to download m4a audio files from youtube.
How do I setup ssh?

Use 'ssh -X'. It can be too slow though.

It's a bit experimental, but you could try WebTorrent.io. There is a demo sites as BitChute.com that shows what it can do.
