The latest version of Midori (0.5.5) includes an extension called NoJS which lets users manage which sites are allowed to execute JavaScript. It's similar to NoScript but more basic.

While other browsers remove the option to disable JavaScript from the menus (Epiphany/Web and Mozilla based browsers) Midori takes the opposite stance and lets users control which JavaScript they choose to run and their developers should be applauded for this.
