I want to buy a pdf reader but I wonder if there is anything I should consider. Do you have any experience with them or what is your recommendations?
A "PDF reader"? I don't know what kind of device that would be, but it seems like it would be more worthwhile to get a general-purpose small computer or tablet, even if it's a bit more expensive.
If you're talking about e-readers, I'm pretty sure all of those are very bad at respecting your freedom (implementing digital restrictions), so my personal advice would be the same: go with a general-purpose small computer or tablet. Whatever you can find that respects your freedom the most. (It's definitely not going to be perfect, mind, but you can find something better than things like the Kindle.)
Yeah I meant e-reader :)
I currently own a tablet, but I want to buy an e-reader because of the display screen. So your suggestion is buying a used one?
Oh, well, the display you're thinking for is called "E ink". It's typically used by dedicated e-readers, but it should be theoretically possible for any computer to use an E ink display. You might even be able to buy just a display and fashion something together yourself if you're technically inclined.
From a quick search, I was able to find one E ink tablet that runs Android:
So that might be better than most e-readers (though I'm not entirely sure).

I read that and than I thought about sending you a .deb of evince for like 20 euros.. :)
My initial reaction was thinking he wanted the equivalent of Acrobat Pro. I wish there was a free PDF program that was as good as Acrobat Pro.
