How can i put PGP in my email or use it in trisquel? im totally newbie in it.

In Evolution using GPG doesn't require a plugin and is pretty straightforward (just select PGP encrypt in menu). Setting up GPG keys can be done via the command line. Useful GPG commands can be found here:

Riseup have instructions for Seahorse.

Makes sense, they'd have instructions for seahorse; it's part of every
GNOME GNU/Linux distro I've used.

Seahorse is a front end for GnuPG, so it's really the same thing with just another interface.
