Public consultation on "open" internet

Hi everyone,
this is just a heads-up to a post on Replicant's blog regarding a public consultation about the importance and role of various kind of terminal devices in respect to users' rights and internet access.
As the article suggests, this is an important occasion to speak in favour of free software and the four basic freedoms.
No particular technical background is required to submit a contribution, so if anybody is interested in speaking out on the issue, please read the article on Replicant's blog for details:
Happy hacking,
Fil
And here's a direct link to the actual public consultation:
This page shows up blank. Could someone with the knowledge please
evaluate the JavaScript on that page, and tell me the legal status of
each?
The page unfortunatelly does require non-free JS, but it's not a fault
of Replicant, in fact it's fault of WordPress and related theem projects
they're using.
however, this shouldn't render the page blank. In my test it was
visible, and I'm running GNU IceCat 52.3.0 with GNU LibreJS 6.0.13.

The page renders OK, including the feedback form at the end, in both Midori (JS disabled) and Dillo (no JS at all).
Any chance that your browser might be blocking not only the JS code, but the whole page when it encounters a page with non-free JS?
The page works fine here as well, using Seamonkey with scripts turned off in NoScript.
