There's an app for android/replicant called "yalp store" which let you fownload and install apps from Google Play Store without a google account.
Has anybody in here more knowledge about this? Is it totally free? Does it execute javascript?

I have not personally checked but the F-Droid project has and found out it is free software: https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.github.yeriomin.yalpstore/
The Yalp store mainly includes nonfree software: you need to check that before installing anything from Yalp.
