Screenshot question

Since my upgrade to Trisquel 10, one of my Screenshot shortcuts is not working.

Shift-CRTL-Printscreen should take a screenshot of a selected area, but this no longer works. The dconf editor shows that the gnome default shortcut is on.

ALT-Printscreen still works, but captures the whole screen.

Is there another setting somewhere overriding the dconf setting?
