Hi
My name is Umeda Mitsunori. I'm Japanese. Sorry,I'm not good at
understanding English. Please, use easy words,and,short sentence.
By the way,I installed Trisquel 4.01LTS i18n. but,at this list,It seems
to be actively post.I searched http://devel.trisquel.info/makeiso/iso/
by Google. But I can't understand this ISO image is NEW LTS version?
And,when,I will be able to get New LTS version for i18n(I can install
a Japanese environment)?

Yes, it is Trisquel 6.0 LTS. It has just hit the server. There is no official announcement yet. Anyway, you should not fear burning the ISO and installing the system. Many users have been running this version since its beta in November 2012. No big issue.
The i18n version should arrive soon. Notice you can easily get the same outcome using the currently available ISO: localizations can be added after the install. To do so, you only need to use the "Language" utility you will find in the "System Settings". A few clicks later, you system will speak Japanese.
Like Magic Banana said, it is the next LTS. Every even release number (4.0, 6.0, 8.0, 10.0) is a LTS release.
The final release is scheduled for today. If you are able to wait a few more hours, you will get the official announcement.

I thnk wating for final releases. So, I install Trisquel by
English,after that I use "Languege"utility,I make system Langege for
Japanese.Thanks!

It has aleardy announced yet? Where is new Trisquel get? Teach me

I use Trisquel 6 with GNOME Fallback (default version) since November and is very fast on my test computer with 8 years old =)
