Thinkpenguin Korora update: Left side of single touchpad button broken :(

It's a little weird that they used a single touchpad button. But the left side of the single button wasn't clicking well, so I pressed too hard on it, and now it doesn't work. For the time being, I have switched to a wireless mouse.
P.S. Another problem is that the sound card isn't that good but I guess that's the price for using a free laptop sound card driver.

ETA: They just emailed me back and said that it can't really be fixed...

I wonder if I should try exchanging or returning it. I actually like the control of the wireless mouse better, but I don't like how it is basically an external accessory.
Maybe I should have gotten the Libreboot laptops, but I was too afraid to "plunge in" to 2008 hardware, especially because I wanted a good integrated laptop camera/mic.
