Trisquel 3.0 Mini edition download?

ahoy all,
very happy impressed with Trisquel so far on laptop, but wanted to install it on partner's netbook (Asus 1005HA-V). there is mention of a "mini" edition of 3.0 for use on older hardware and netbooks. however, i have been unable to find it to download and install.
is the 3.0 Mini edition released or available? if not, can i simply run the 3.0 i686 release on the Atom netbook?

in answer to my own question, i found a "trisquel-mini" meta package in th 3.01 repos. i assume that is the mini edition and will replace the desktop version if installed? if anyone has any warnings before doing so, please let me know. i am no apt expert, so i assume simply installing the package will make the necessary changes?
