I noticed epiphany web browser is not available in brigantia repos, wich is a gnome-core dependency.
Does anyone know why?

I am a translator!
I'm guessing it might need to be repackaged to work with GNOME shell or with
other desktop environments (settings such as proxy settings are taken from
GNOME).
