Updating Eclipse - expired certificates

Hi everybody,

I'm running Eclipse 3.8 in Trisquel 7 and I'm trying to update it, hoping that an update will solve my issues with Replicant SDK..
I've tried apt-get update / upgrade multiple times during last month, using both the main repository and the french mirror. No success.

So, I'm now trying to update it via Eclipse's menu "Help->Check for updates".
If I run Eclipse with gksudo, then I'm able to download all the provided updates both for the main program and for various plugins...
BUT: when I try to install them, I get a message asking "Do you trust these certificates?"
And listing a single cert, issued to The Eclipse Foundation.
If I expand the certificate's details I notice that the certificate is expired in march 2015..
(I can provide screenshots if asked).

Now, my question is:
Have someone else experienced the same issue?

I'm not prone to go on in the installation progress if it means trusting an expired certificate.. But I'm really craving to update Eclipse! What do you suggest?

I even considered to rebuild Eclipse from sources, but at a first glance, it seems too hard a task...

What do you people suggest?

Maybe a little OT:
Is there any chance that we will see updated software repositories for Trisquel in a reasonable time?
(I also needed to rebuild GPG from source to apply a critical security patch, not covered by Trisquel's repos)

Thank you all!
