what is with java, flash, konqueror or icecat, and k-office/calligra in Trisquel?

are above applications all available and correctly installed / setted up to make a relatively small installation
(I would prefer JWM as it shows about like KDE desktop, but I don't need the full KDE as it is extremely slow on my PC and bring only optical advantages really; for the same reason, I would prefer don't to mix gnome with calligra as I am certain, that both are not concepted to work fast together!)
how to proceed to install only the real minimum but the complete set of above applications with good settings?
Adobe Flash Player is proprietary; you shouldn't use it. Trisquel does come with Gnash, a free Flash player, but it's incomplete and only really works for YouTube videos (and some really old Flash media that uses Flash 8 and prior) as it is.
I think Java 6 is installed by default, and Java 7 is available in the repo (both OpenJDK, of course). I don't know if the IcedTea plugin is installed by default either, but it's available in the repo if it isn't.
IceCat is not available in the repo, but the browser included by default is Abrowser, Trisquel's own un-branded version of Firefox. rekonq is available in the repo.
Calligra is available in Trisquel's repo.
Start with the net install to get a bare bones system and then add anything you'd like.
