Which packages Trisquel provides in order to provide codes for common video & audio files.

We know that Ubuntu recommends ubuntu-restricted-extras which is non-free meta package that installs (from wikipedia):-
Support for MP3 and unencrypted DVD playback Microsoft TrueType core fonts Flash plugin codecs for common audio and video files
After completely replaced Ubuntu with Trisquel I found mp3 and most of video & audio formats are supported. So, I want to know which free package(s) are pre-installed in Trisquel which supports most of audio & video formats.
Can I get list of free packages that are replacement (or something similar) for ubuntu-restricted-extras?
gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg or gstreamer1.0-libav or something like that (or gstreamer-something)?
At least that seems to be it for Totem, Clementine, Banshee, etc. No idea about Mplayer (which I think Trisquel uses by default).
I'm pretty sure that if you install 'gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad' and 'gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly' you'll get all widely used codecs. Trisquel 7 installs them by default.
'libfaac0' is the only codec package I found that 'ubuntu-restricted-extras' installs, but isn't available in Trisquel. I don't know why would you want that package, as it seems like 'libaacs0' provides the same encoder.
Apparently Ubuntu puts non-free packages in a repository called "multiverse". But Ubuntu, Debian and Trisquel have different opinions on what is considered free or non-free, so not all things in Ubuntu's "multiverse" are considered non-free by Trisquel. That's why most codec packages installed by 'ubuntu-restricted-extras' are available in Trisquel.
That said, some codecs have software patents problems, so other codecs/containers/formats are preferred for freedom sake, such as: Ogg, WebM, FLAC, Opus, Vorbis, Speex, VP9, VP8, Theora...

I don't think Mplayer is installed by default, at least not on Trisquel 7 (non-mini) - Totem (aka GNOME Videos) is the default video player.
Yes finally I found that following package provides most common audio & video codecs:
gstreamer1.0-fluendo-mp3
gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad
gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly
gstreamer1.0-libav
Ah, my bad then. I seem to remember GNOME Mplayer on a version Mini (I always install from debootstrap, though, so don't pay too much attention on trisquel's default apps, to be honest) and assumed Trisquel GNOME 3 also used it.
The .manifest files on http://cdimage.trisquel.info/trisquel-images/ are lists of packages on the ISO images of the different editions and versions of Trisquel. Almost all those packages end up in the system that is installed. For instance, in http://cdimage.trisquel.info/trisquel-images/trisquel_7.0_amd64.iso.manifest, you have:

Take a look at trisquel-codecs metapackage
Just installing VLC or smplayer wouldn't solve that?
