I just found out about Wiby. Pretty cool search engine for finding wbsites that use old HTML .. 1.0 HTML I think.

Thanks I just tried it, it's very good. A search for "richard stallman" brings up some really interesting old material, as does one for "gnu/linux".

I posted about this in a few places and it seems to be quite popular! It brings me back to the days when the internet felt authentic. It my new default search engine :)

It would make an excellent home page.

Does Abrowser even allow homepages anymore?

I have thought of adding JS enhancements to my webpage just so that I
can have a LibreJS licenses page, to advertise the JS issue.

LibreJS enhancements? I thought LibreJS was not an API but a way of coding JS... What did you have in mind?

LibreJS is a free add-on for GNU IceCat and other Mozilla-based browsers.

LibreJS requires a page that lists the licenses and stuff. So every
page will advertise the JS problem.

I love wiby.me! I thought I had posted about it on these forums before, but I guess not. I submit pages to it all the time, it's been something I've been finding to be very fun.

I feel like I've found the old web again because of it. It's fun to do a random search and then just follow the rabbit trail down all the links like the old days!

It also shows that Web "1.0" never really died it just got obscured by all the corporate websites like "facesmack" and "twittle".

It's also inspired me to make a website that I'm currently working on as well.

I sometimes think about making a website, that would have some extra content (or even main content) in tag - only worthy would see it ;)
