Executing the following command in a terminal may solve your problem with broken packages:
$ sudo apt-get -f install
I doubt many users of Trisquel install Wine. As a consequence, it may be hard to receive here help for that.

I tried with -f but doesn't work. I need wine just for one application. A video compressor. Any recommendations? I don't need a complex one with lots of features, just something simple.

Maybe HandBrake (which is in Trisquel's repository) fulfills your needs: https://handbrake.fr

Trisquel's repository has ffmpeg, a Swiss army knife of media conversion (including video compression). I realise you said that you don't need a complex one, and ffmpeg can be overwhelming at first, but there is plenty of information available on how to use it. Here's one for example: https://unix.stackexchange.com/a/38380

wine32 is not available in the i386 trisquel repository.
