Add wiki pages changed to the tracking list

There's no way that an user coul keep a track of the wiki pages changed by him/herself. This makes the user don't have an easy way to get to check and continue working on the wiki pages changed by the user but not made by this very user.

Moreover, spam users are hard to follow if they changed a wiki page that they didn't create.
