remove 'rubygems' and 'rubygems-doc' to comply with Ubuntu 14.04

Hi dear developers,

On Ubuntu 14.04, there is no installation candidate for 'rubygems' or 'rubygems-doc'. But there exist those packages for installation on Trisquel 7 directly and it causes a conflict between 'ruby-full' and 'rubygems'.

Searching rubygems on Ubuntu 14.04 repo:

Searching rubygems on Trisquel repo:

I ran into this problem too, when trying to use Red Hat's OpenShift web hosting. I assumed that I was doing something wrong when I got the error message -- thanks for pointing me to this bug report akfoss.
