Custom free license

Description

There's no "Custom free license" in the menu of https://trisquel.info/en/node/add/addon

For example, EPUBReader is distributed under a custom license which is free (verified by Richard Stallman 2015-02-05) but I cannot add it as there are no "Custom free license" option in the "License" list. Please add it.

I find unlikely that RMS verified that license and said it was free, as it is obviously not:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/epubreader/license/1.5.0.1

That alone, the first line of the license, is a no-go.

>You are allowed to modify a covered work for your personal purposes. You are not allowed to convey this modified version.

Another no-go.

In any case, we will not add "custom free license", as license evaluation is tricky enough as it is. If you want well known approved licenses from https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#SoftwareLicenses to be added to the options list, we can look into it.
