Binary package hint: teeworlds
Hello
In the copyright file of teeworlds, the 4th item in the license:
4. Neither this software nor any of its individual components, in original
or modified versions, may be sold by itself.
This makes teeworlds non-free software, because as stated in http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html : "you should be free to redistribute copies, either with or without modifications, either gratis or charging a fee for distribution, to anyone anywhere."
It should not be included in Trisquel.
There's a bug open at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/teeworlds/+bug/520003 with further discussion.
This was already discussed here: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/gnu-linux-libre/2010-02/msg00001.html
As I said there, it is free software as you can append a "hello world" program to it and charge for both. I'm closing this bug.
I realize this is a closed issue but FYI...
They removed that passage of the license in versions 0.5.0 and later.
