"mpc idle" uses 100% of CPU

Description

If you control the music player demon (mpd) with mpc and use "mpc idle" it will hog 100% of CPU. This bug in mpc version 0.16 is fixed in later versions.

Per user this is fixed in versions greater then MPC version 0.16 and supported versions of Trisquel now use at minimum 0.19
