Default install includes two daemons for org.freedesktop.Notifications D-BUS service

The FreeDesktop Desktop Notifications Specification defines that only one implementation should take the aforementioned D-BUS service, but both notify-osd and mate-notification-daemon are included.

Furthermore, the first one always takes the position as notification server, making it so that font size changes made on mate-appearance-properties and theme changes on mate-notification-properties are ignored.
