The extensions provided by the epiphany-extensions-more package are causing Epiphany (epiphany-browser) to crash. All are written in JavaScript via the Seed library (libseed0, seed).
If an extension is activated the browser stops responding. It does not stat with extension already activated. The error is:
(epiphany-browser:4353): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_type_add_interface_static: assertion `G_TYPE_IS_INSTANTIATABLE (instance_type)' failed
(epiphany-browser:4353): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_type_interface_add_prerequisite: assertion `G_TYPE_IS_INTERFACE (interface_type)' failed
(epiphany-browser:4353): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_once_init_leave: assertion `initialization_value != 0' failed
(epiphany-browser:4353): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_type_add_interface_static: assertion `G_TYPE_IS_INSTANTIATABLE (instance_type)' failed
(epiphany-browser:4353): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_type_register_static: assertion `parent_type > 0' failed
Seed extensions must be deactivated from gconf via the key "/apps/gnome/epiphany/general/active_extensions", so Epiphany could start.
A possible fix is to prevent the installation of the epiphany-extensions-more package.
